What's the best way to initiate a project with you?

The best way to get in touch about a new project is by sending an email to info@doublenaut.com with a brief description of the project and timeline.
We'll do our best to get back to you as soon as we can.

Are you hiring? Do you take interns?

Unfortunately we do not take interns. Studio visits by appointment only please.

What is your Return/Exchange policy?

We will accept all items for exchange or a full refund within 30 days of customers receiving their products. Apparel must be in a new, unworn condition. Prints and accessories must be unmarked and able for resale. All sale items are final sale. All products must be returned at the customer's expense. If you need to make an exchange or return, simply respond to your order confirmation with the item and reason why you wish to make this return. All exchanges will be shipped within 3 business days of successfully processing the returned item(s).

Where is my US or International order?

If you haven't received your order within the listed timeframe, please allow for an additional 3-5 business days before contacting us as the order will normally turn up within that time. If it doesn't, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist you.

How quickly are items shipped?

Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days of being received.

I live in Toronto, can I come pick up my order instead of having it shipped?

Of course. Simply choose the Curbside Pickup option when checking out. You will be contacted when your order is ready to set up a convenient time to pick up your order.
